Leading Japanese agency ADK announced the acquisition of Rage Communications, an independent agency specializing in digital experience design and e-commerce solutions. The partnership will combine the two organizations’ capabilities in digital marketing, web design and development, analytics, data-driven insights and content storytelling to drive integrated end-to-end performance and marketing campaigns. brand for customers.
Based in Chennai, Rage is a digital pioneer that offers a full range of CX, CRM, UI/UX and performance marketing solutions for clients across the globe. The acquisition will see ADK become the largest shareholder, while Rage founders JRK Rao and Karthik Kumar will remain minority shareholders. As part of the deal, Rage will be rebranded as ADK Rage. JRK will continue to lead as CEO of ADK Rage; and he, along with Kumar, will work closely with ADK’s global team to deliver integrated solutions to customers.
