Berkeley Homes innovates in new Baseline neighborhood – BizWest

BROOMFIELD – Berkeley Homes, an Aurora-based residential builder, has inaugurated the new community of Berkeley at Baseline as part of McWhinney Real Estate Services Inc’s planned base development.

The builder, which is registered with Caisson Investments Inc., is partnering with IHP Capital Partners Inc. of Southern California on the 160-lot project.

Berkeley at Baseline is located in the Parkside Village subdivision of Baseline, and builders have so far innovated on 40 of the homes. Sales are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2022.

Homes in the neighborhood will be detached, three-story single-family homes ranging in size from 1641 to 2323 square feet.

“Conveniently located between Boulder Employment Centers and downtown Denver, Baseline will bring a new kind of housing and product community to Northwest Denver,” said Berkeley Homes President Jeff Willis, in a prepared press release. “Broomfield’s new home inventory outside of the Baseline community is limited and competition for building land is high, especially from public home builders. Berkeley Homes and IHP are aligned in their strategy and approach to create desirable communities in growing markets with strong employment fundamentals, and we look forward to working together to deliver these beautiful homes.
