Cairo Capital, Technovision contract to provide technology marketing services for the Lake West project

Cairo Capital Developments has contracted with Technovision to commercialize the Lake West project with new technology that allows the customer to experience the unit of their choice through technology.

The new technology was first introduced to the Egyptian real estate market.

The contract was signed by Yasser Khalaf, president of Cairo Capital Developments, and Hisham Negm, founder of Technovision.

Khalaf said the contract allows his company to benefit from Technovision’s capabilities. The latter is one of the first companies to provide marketing services with new technologies considered a breakthrough in the world of digital marketing.

He added that Cairo Capital Developments is at the forefront of providing the latest innovations in the world of digital marketing to its clients through cooperation with Technovision. It aims to provide simulations of their pioneering and distinguished projects in Egypt.

He said the Lake West project, which covers 43 feddans, is a separate project located in New Sheikh Zayed City on Waslat Dahshur Road, and benefits from many surrounding services. The company is developing the project with investments worth EGP 1.5 billion, which is self-financing.

Khalaf stressed that the project will be delivered within three years. The company has started construction work and its commercialization is expected to be completed in 2022.

In addition, the company offers payment systems with 0% deposit and eight-year payment plan, which are competitive systems that the company provides to its customers.

For his part, Negm said that the company specializes in developing the latest innovative methods of digital marketing, using the latest technical means to embody and model large projects with 5D technologies.

He added that the company was providing this technology for the first time in the Middle East and in the local market. It creates an interactive surrounding environment that allows each user to move around the project and simulate virtual reality at any time.

This includes tracking shadows and sunlight at all times of the day, in addition to interacting with units and spaces in a realistic way that allows the user to imagine the design as a tangible reality. .

He pointed out that modern Technovision applications have created a leap in real estate investing. He has helped large project clients choose the appropriate unit that meets the needs and aspirations of a residential unit, just to imagine the unit he is purchasing in its future form.

Technovision solutions will allow Cairo Capital and its clients to link the sales system to this project. The available units will be clearly demarcated, allow customers to refine their searches and visit the appropriate unit sorted by square footage, location, number of bedrooms and price required.
