What is your business pitch when you talk about your business?

The elevator pitch for Good Monster is that the agency is helping historically built retail and offline businesses harness e-commerce sales growth.


What’s the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

The biggest change in marketing, which I see coming in the next couple of years, is the convenience of hyper-personalization and augmented reality. I don’t see a complete metaverse coming, but I do think people will spend a lot more time virtually for their work and personal lives.


What advice would you give when it comes to digital marketing?

Don’t rely on just one platform, experiment with as many platforms as you can, number one, a side tip would be: create great content. So make photos, videos, and prints that move your audience and everything else will fall into place.


What is the main problem that you solve for your customers?

It’s about conquering the difficult and confusing landscape of selling products and services online.
