Wayne Robinson, Print21 Editor-in-Chief, joins David Baldaro, XMPie Director of Marketing Operations, and Enda Kavanagh, Asia-Pacific Regional Sales Director, to discuss the opportunities that XMPie offers print businesses through personalization, at cross-media marketing and digital integration.

The discussion begins with a review of XMPie’s capabilities as a marketing and communications platform, which increases trust and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle, through personalized print services, videos, emails, texts, storefronts and omnichannel campaigns. XMPie can be thought of as a set of Lego bricks that can be put together as needed, allowing the system to grow from a small printing company just starting to go digital to major industry leaders.

David and Enda explain to Wayne the level of computer knowledge required to install and use XMPie, where the name comes from, and how customers can use XMPie to meet an immediate customer need, expanding from there to increase their returns on investment and improve their margins.

Midway through the session, Steve Hopkins of Wollongong Flagstaff Printer joins us to discuss his organization’s adoption and use of XMPie to increase customer loyalty and the number of products that ‘they manufacture by customer. He also notes that XMPie has facilitated the adaptations made by the organization to respond to market and industry changes due to Covid-19.

We end with observations on XMPie enabling a printer’s transition to print and digital services, which allow its customers to connect with consumers through personalized offers. This leads to the announcement that XMPie is offering through Print21 magazine a 90-day free trial of their desktop tools that includes access to online training.
